He said that probably the hardest thing about their foods that keep them from being truly vegetarian, is the fish sauce that they put on so many things. shutter. It is a small country compared to ours. Of course what appeals to one person, is different from person to person. So many variable determine that as you stated. In Okinawa they drink the largest amount of green tea. It probably depsnds on the region, and many other factors.
