EVERy single drug has a side effect. You have to ask yourself the

amount. In Thia's case, it is not noticeable. The other question

is whether you think the benefits outweigh the side effects. People

eat things with pesticides, preservatives, prescription drugs and

other chemicals. Some people notice the difference when they have

one of these chemicals. Most do not. In fact, most of these take

months, years, decades or even longer for them to manifest. The

chemicals always go the the weakest link (organ, etc.). Just

because we do not notice it does not mean it does not have a side

effect. Why do you think the cancer rates have increased? MS?

Autism? Chronic fatigue syndrome. Most of these diseases wre not

on healer's radar 100 years ago.

Even natural supplements have chemical properties. You have to take

the ones that work for you. There is a big difference when you

find a natural substance that works for you. they often can rebuild

the organs and thus your body. If you just finished a game of

basketball and were very thirsty, you would not want and it would

not be good to have a spicy enchilada. It would be much better to

have water or juice. Spicy food increases the " fire " . At this time

you would need cooling food.
