Guest guest
Side effects that are listed are ALL side effects that were experienced by the millions of folks on that drug; its law, they must be listed. If you read closely on many drugs...death is also listed. This may mean that 1 in 5,000,000 people died while taking that drug. Looking at it another way, this person may have been on other medications at the time and this drug may not have been the cause at all. Holistic medicine has always intrigued me however, try as I might to use flax oil and other natural things for my arthritis. None of it works as well as ibuprofen. I have been taking flax and using an anti-inflammatory diet for about 6 years now. Does it work? I am not sure, I am guessing the symptoms are less however over the last year, I am in an increasingly larger amount of pain, to the point where I am going to have to explore some other options for pain control. I have been considering accu-puncture however that is something that must be continued forever to receive the greatest long lasting benefits, once one stops the pain returns...there really arent long term benefits to it. The benefits are acute. We all can just chew on a weeping willow branch for our salicylic acid(aspirin)...that's what the indians did. ) Roxanne NE Philly PA
