Guest guest Posted October 15, 2006 Report Share Posted October 15, 2006 I think I got this from Cooking Light... 1 tsp oil 1 red pepper 1 orange peper 3 garlic cloves 1/4 C low fat mayo 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 9oz package frozen arthicokes (I always use canned) 1/2 C crumbled feta 1 boboli (or make your own dough) saute peppers and 1/2 garlic in oil. Combine remaining garlic, black pepper and artichokes in food processor. Process until finely chopped. Spread paste over Boboli, top with peppers. Sprinkle feta on top.
