I'm in the middle of reading The Food Revolution, How Your Diet Can Help Save

Your Life & Our World by John Robbins and he talks about cows that have

traveled miles to get back to their offspring. Heartbreaking.

 

This book, like Diet For A New America, is a life changer. I highly

recommend it.
