rennet; was: lemon in water

Most often than not, rennet (sometimes listed as " enzymes " ) is from animal

source. It is the digestive juices from the stomach lining of a cow. There

is also vegetable source, microbial source, and genetically engineered.

This site states that Trader Joe's posts a list onsite; and I know that they

did, at one time...but I was unable to find it this morning. May be
