Guest guest Posted October 11, 2006 Report Share Posted October 11, 2006 Four Pepper Blast with Sesame Seed 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic 1 large green, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves 1 teapoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed Heat sesame oil and butter in 4 quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
