re: water flavoring

cranberry juice is good added to water too. The *real* stuff, not the

sweetened " cocktail " . I buy the pure cranberry (yes it is expensive when

not cut with apple juice, or sugar water) and freeze it up in ice cube trays

and store them in a zip-baggie (otherwise it would go bad before I would use

it all up) then I add one or two cubes to a glass of water. Mmmm.
