I'm a huge fan of the Tassajara and the Vegetarian Epicure

cookbooks. All the places I've moved along and enjoyed in life, I

never lost those books. Still making eats oit of 'em.

Now I need to get out some of my bread recipe books and see if I have this one.

I've been letting them get dusty on my shelf most recently. I was looking at a

dilly bread loaf to make soon. My Veg. Epicure has disappeared, but maybe it

will show itself one day.

I just wish life would slow down. So many wonderful things we're involved in

though, so it is hard to complain. We just went to the most awesome Piano

Ensemble Concert Saturday night, where they had 6 Grand Piano's on a multiple

level stage. They had anywhere from 2 - 12 pianist playing all at the same

time......... The unbelievable, flawless talent and beauty of their music was

awesome to behold. It is hard to imagine how folks can play such complicated

gorgeous music, without ever a mistake or getting out of sync with all the

others playing with them. Not many groups like this in the whole world. We

love good music.....
