Guest guest
Holy cannoli, Lynne. More power & prayers to you. I am so impressed with you & so many people typing in w/health issues that they've worked out themselves. I just posted a diet a few days ago similiar to the one you are doing now. It is just fruits, veggies and nuts and seeds. I can understand the way you feel with brown rice. My yoga instructor, who was the master said that if one eats brown rice, they should cook it for 24 hours. That was his way of saying it is hard to digest. He said brown rice is hard on the kidneys. If you want to eat rice, I would suggest white Basmati rice. It is a naturally unhulled rice. You may want to stay away from the nightshade family also. Some people have problems with those. They include 2 of the most popular foods - tomatos, potatoes, eggplant and peppers. > > GB Hi I was begining to think I was the only person with celiac disease that isa vegetarian it is good to know I am not alone ! I WOULD LIKE TO CHAT WITH YOU IF THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE >
