Guest guest Posted October 7, 2006 Report Share Posted October 7, 2006 Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes 2 lbs. new potatoes (the small, red ones) 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary 1 tsp. salt 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped olive oil cooking spray Wash and srub potatoes. Cut in potatoes in half. Spray a baking dish with the cooking spray. Spray potatoes with cooking spray. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic, rosemary, and salt and stir to mix well.
