We have many many more pumpkins to roast the seeds out of, if the little glutton doesn't get them all.... Thanks for the supportive words. tonight we are having veggie nachos. I need to break out my veggie chile recipe, we haven't had that in a while. Does anyone like stuffed cabbage, or cabbage soup? I can dig those out and post them. My grandma's stuffed cabbage recipe had meat, but it is easily adapted. And I love cabbage soup, and it is so good for you. Post if interested.
