Guest guest
I will suggest a great vegetarian sushi cookbook for you. " Vegetarian Sushi Made Easy " by Hiroko Fikihara and Yasuko Takahata and you can find this on Amazon.com. I found mine at Whole Foods. If you go to the recipe files just scan the recipes, there are some sushi rice and sushi recipes in there also. I love to add toasted black sesame seeds to sushi rolls, some dried sea veggies also.
