He's got to drive his sleigh! 8 1/2 ounces crushed chocolate wafers 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup dark rum powdered sugar Combine crushed chocolate wafers, pecans, sugar, syrup & rum. Mix well. Shape by teaspoon full into round balls. Let stand 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Variation: You can also substitute bourbon for the rum! Yummy! I'm going to have to come up with something good for Thanksgiving since we're on our own this year, and that might be a nice dessert- for me and hubby, anyway. I think that might mess the kids up!
