Guest guest
Hi Jim, FitDay and I like it ok. The database is pretty good and it allows you to import to it. I found entering recipes a little difficult as the program seems to limit you to certain set measurements for certain foods but maybe I just haven't figured out all the defaults yet. It gives me a pretty good idea of the amounts of nutrients I'm getting which is close enough for me. It's at www.FitDay.com . I also like http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ except it is a USDA site and it is a little lacking in info on soy items. hth, Diane , jplynch <jplynch wrote: > > Hi; > Tried to send this out before, but think it got lost in the great bit bucket in the sky. > I'm looking for a computer program that does recipe calculations of nutrition data. There seem to be several out there. What do the folks on this list use (if any)? And what features do you like? > Thanks tons! > -- > > James P.
