Recipe Computer Programs

Hi Jim,

FitDay and I like it ok. The database is pretty good and it allows

you to import to it. I found entering recipes a little difficult as

the program seems to limit you to certain set measurements for certain

foods but maybe I just haven't figured out all the defaults yet. It

gives me a pretty good idea of the amounts of nutrients I'm getting

which is close enough for me. :) It's at www.FitDay.com .

I also like http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

except it is a USDA site and it is a little lacking in info on soy

items.

hth,

Diane
