Guest guest Posted October 3, 2006 Report Share Posted October 3, 2006 Sometimes I add a little Braggs Liquid Aminos to Cabbage or Bok choy when I am steam sauteeing it. Braggs Lqd. Aminos tastes like Soy sauce and just as salty, but a far less sodium content. You could also try a pinch(a little goes a long ways) curry instead of Braggs Lqd. Amino's. Another idea is to put some mustard seeds or cumin seeds into a very lightly oiled frying pan and heat them until they pop. Preferably do this at the begining but you could just add them now, if they are thru cooking and stir it into it completely. Let sit a few minutes to absorb in the flavor I love to add carrots that I cut into matchstick size with my Mandolin. Sometimes I add mushrooms too Another good spice to add is Ms. Dash. Judy .
