Bok Choy my version

Take baby bok choy and split it open lengthwise. In a

heavy skillet saute garlic, onions, cumin, mustard

seeds in a little olive oil. Add the bok choy and

braise it quickly, it will be crunchy delicious and

pick up all the good spice flavor.
