Guest guest
Heh, I boil water in the pan till it bubbles. Then I put the washed Bok Choy " whole " in and cook till tender, about 2-3 minutes. When ready, take it out with a pair of chop-sticks and lay it across an oval dish. Then I snip it into bite size with a kitchen scissors. Garnish with deep fried shallots( or onions rings), salt, pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, sesame oil or whatever? all good :-) all nice :-) I do this all the time and don't leave the table when this is being serve. I learned a lesson once before and once beaten twice shy and 3 times no Bok Choy, all gone in someones gob Wee:-) On 2 Oct 2006 at 11:23, vegmommie wrote: > Hi all, > On the subject of cooking greens, I just went to a farmers market > and > bought some baby bok choy.
