Hey Mike :)

You cracking me up here :)

I buy Tom Yam Paste in a bottle in me local Chinese Supermarket, lol .

When I am gagging for a Tom Yam Noodle Soup, I scoop a teaspoon of Tom Yam paste

and add it to the water in the pan with the noodles.

I hear the folks here talking about the Ramen noodles in packets.

They discard the silvery foil away because it contains deadly poisonous MSG :)

I also add Bok Choy or spring onions to make it colourful and appetising.

This usually catch the onlooker's eyes and I just enjoy and leave them to

salivate, haha, lol.

I am not surprise, 9 out of 10, I see them heading for the pan to replicate me,

fotclol :)

From start to finish, the whole process took <10 mins.

Enjoy!

Wee :)

I make a mimic ramen noodle soup, or oodles of noodles, yes, toss that packet. I

use better than bouillon vegetable flavor, all good stuff in it, and the kids

love it.

hugs,

Chanda

PS. the oodles of noodles noodles are so much cheaper, 4 for a dollar over

buying the noodles by themselves.
