Guest guest Posted October 2, 2006 Report Share Posted October 2, 2006 Papaya-Kiwi Vinaigrette This is great over mixed leafy greens, mesclun, or braised or grilled vegetables. 3 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced 1/3 cup canola oil 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper 1/2 tsp. salt In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Pour dressing into a serving container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
