I am grateful for the prompt reply :)

 

Your explaination of " leather " was excellent :)

I didn't know it was a " chewy treat " , but now I do :)

 

I squeezed out the seeds from my ripened tomatoes.

It is now " air-drying " on the kitchen window sill :)

 

Yes, my Victoria Plums Jam are so good.

I like to spread it on warm bread :)
