favorite greens, how I season mine.

I cook them with sauteed garlic, onion, mustard seeds,

and then I toss in a chopped apple. Trust me it's

good. Lawanna told up about it, the apple will put

out any bitterness and won't make the greens sweet.

I second the apples with greens (also in salads,

esp. with kale). Mustard was also mentioned by

another. I would add to these balsamic vinegar.

And, if you're after that " bacon-y " flavor of

yore, give liquid smoke a try.
