Guest guest
I cook them with sauteed garlic, onion, mustard seeds, and then I toss in a chopped apple. Trust me it's good. Lawanna told up about it, the apple will put out any bitterness and won't make the greens sweet. Happy greens cooking! Guest guest
I second the apples with greens (also in salads, esp. with kale). Mustard was also mentioned by another. I would add to these balsamic vinegar. And, if you're after that " bacon-y " flavor of yore, give liquid smoke a try. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > I cook them with sauteed garlic, onion, mustard seeds, > and then I toss in a chopped apple.
