Erin- I buy Texas mustard greens, they don't seem hot.

I don't like hot food....LOL

Do you think there's much difference between the two?

Between which two? :)

 

Texas mustard greens and non-Texas mustard greens?

I didn't know there were different varieties, but

it makes sense because, while most of the time the

ones I buy are very pungent (nasal clearing!), I

have before purchased what was designated as mustard

greens in the grocery store, but it had practically

no kick at all.

p.s. - I also like ALL greens, but if I had to

pick just one, I think it would be raw collards.
