Lentil Patties

 

1 small Onion, diced

1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped

1/2 t. Sage

2 c. Lentils, cooked and mashed

1 c. leftover mashed Potatoes

1 t. Salt

1/4 t. Garlic Pwd.

 

Steam onions in small amount of water. Mix all ingredients. Form into

patties. Place on a sprayed or Parchment paper covered cookie sheet and

brown in 375 degrees oven. Do not let them dry out. Serve with gravy or

tomato sauce.
