Guest guest Posted December 14, 2006 Report Share Posted December 14, 2006 Holiday Hot Chocolate ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 ½ Tablespoons sugar or to taste 2 cups skim milk Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional) Whisk together cocoa powder and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the milk on high until very hot, about 1 minute. Whisk about ¼ cup of the hot milk into the cocoa mixture to make a paste, then whisk in the remaining milk until smooth, Garnish with chocolate shavings.
