Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 Rum Truffles Colette Goodyear, Ingredients: 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1/2 stick of butter 2 1/3 cup sifted powder sugar 2 tsp or more if you like of RUM chocolate sprinkles Instructions: Slowly melt chocolate in saucepan, add butter, stir constantly until blended. Remove from heat stir in powder sugar and add rum. Make into 1 " balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Let cool for 5 hours. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
