Guest guest Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 Lady Finger Cream Cheese Cake Ingredients 2 pkgs. lady fingers 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 pint heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla Line the bottom and sides of a spring form pan with split lady fingers. Soften cream cheese; add sugar. Beat cream and combine with cheese. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 the cheese mixture over the lady fingers. Add another layer of lady fingers and pour remaining cheese mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. May add topping of choice before serving. Also makes an attractive presentation when a ribbon matching the color of the topping is tied around the outside of the cake before serving.
