Guest guest Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 Christmas Cookie Norwegian Recipe 2 eggs well beaten 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup butter 2 teaspoons ginger 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cream tartar 4 cups flour 1 cup coconut Mix all ingredients in bowl.
