Guest guest Posted December 8, 2006 Report Share Posted December 8, 2006 Original Nestlé Toll House Cookies 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 large eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil OR extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups (12 oz) package Nestle Toll House Semisweet Chocolate Morsels 1 cup chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 375º F. In a bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, salt and baking soda. Beat eggs in a larger mixing bowl, add olive oil and beat until completely mixed with eggs. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and mix until completely combined. Beat in dry ingredients (flour mixture), a little at a time. Add chocolate morsels and nuts and stir. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until bottom of cookies are golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes, then place cookies on wire racks to cool.
