Thank you so much Judy for letting us know about the Loma Linda/Worthington

products that can be purchased and shipped free thru Amazon.com!...I just

ordered the Loma Linda Linketts from Amazon w/ free shipping...Even though I

like the Linketts, I rarely buy them in the store because they are so

expensive... I am afraid to order a case of any of the other products though in

case I don't like them...I have tried the Loma Linda Big Franks before, and I

didn't like the taste,-- the Linketts have a much better taste (at least to my

taste).

You're very welcome. I also like the Linketts and the Big Franks, but the

Vegalinks are my favorites. You know we all have different taste buds. I also

love the Little Links for Breakfast. Yummm. I sometimes mash them up the

Vegalink, Big Franks or Linketts and mix with Veganaise or Mayo, along with some

finely diced onions and celery. Another cook way to use these are sliced up in

homemade French Fries, diced fine in gravy, wrap them with cresant roll dough

and bake, slice and fry until crispy and then add bell pepper and onions slices

and stir fry it. I add a little Lawry's Seasoning Salt or Tony Creole

Seasoning.

 

The prices were great on Amazon, so I just had to share, what I had stumbled on.

I'm glad you were able to take advantage of it. I love the long shelf life of

these canned products.

 

You would love that Vegetarian Burger a whole lot. I use it for Taco filling.

We brown it in a little oil and then season with a Taco Seasoning Pkg. and the

amount of water the Taco Seasoning Pkg. calls for . I also brown it and use it

in Chili, Spaghetti Sauce, Lasagne, Vegetable Fried Rice, in the Delicous

Vegetarian Burger Recipe that I have on here. I also use it to make a

Breakfast Burito. It is so versatile.

 

The Choplets are a gluten/seitan patty that I either bread with Italian Bread

Crumbs and fry or cut into strips and use in a stir fry.

 

We use the Fri-Chik all the time too. I make a " chicken salad " with it, use it

in soups, bread and fry it, in casseroles. It is really good. If I am not

using the broth in the can, in the recipe, I always save and freeze it to add

to a homemade soup recipe or gravy. Actually freeze the broth, with any of

these products that come with it. The Vegetarian Burger does not come with

broth.

 

Well here are a few ideas that we enjoy.

Loma Linda Linketts are so good I eat them all the time.Fortunately the Henry's

up the street from me sells them.
