Guest guest
Taco Soup Ingredients: 1 bag of mock burger crumbles and/or 1 can of Homony (use as much or as little as you'd like..I usually use 3/4 of one of those big cans) 1 package taco seasoning 1 can (15 oz) diced stewed tomatoes (do not drain) 1 can (15 oz) black beans 1 1/2 cans water Topping: sour cream (optional) cheese (optional) alvocado slices crushed tortilla chips Directions: Mix crumbles/homony, taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans and water in a large saucepan. Heat until boiling. Top each bowl off with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, alvocado, and cheese. Obviously leave out the dairy products if vegan...it's still very good.
