Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Sadly, unless they've changed the ingredients, I believe Cheeze Whiz is

still not vegetarian (anchovies in the worchestershire sauce). Has anybody

checked recently?

Broccoli and Rice Casserole

 

2 (10 oz) pkg.frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked)

1-2c. cooked rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small jar cheeze whiz

1 stick margarine

 

Combine mushroom soup, cheese and margarine..heating until well blended

to make a sauce!

 

Pour over cooked rice and broccoli..

 

Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes.
