Guest guest Posted November 25, 2006 Report Share Posted November 25, 2006 Garden Bake Ingredients 1 C chopped zucchini 1 lge tomato chopped (1cup) 1 C chopped onions 1/3 C grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 C Reduced Fat Bisquick 1 C FF milk 1/2 C Egg Beaters salt and pepper to taste Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Layer zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended & Pour into pie plate. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. 1 serving is 90 calories 2g fat 1 dietary fiber 1gm saturated fat 5 mg cholestrol 440mg sodium 13g carbohydrate 6g protein Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
