Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Pie

 

1/2 cup Cocoa

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract, divided

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Butter, melted

6 oz Peanut Butter Morsels

6 oz Milk Chocolate Morsels

Chocolate Crumb Pie Crust

2/3 cup Whipping Cream

Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

In a small bowl, combine cocoa, flour, and salt.

 

Beat eggs and 1 t vanilla in small mixing bowl; blend in sugar and

butter.

 

Add cocoa mixture; blend well.

 

Mix peanut buttet and chocolate morsels together and stir 3/4 c morsels

into batter.

 

Place crust on baking sheet; pour batter into crust.

 

Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

 

Cool on wire rack.

 

In a small microwave safe bowl, combine cream, remaining vanilla, and

morsels.

 

Microwave on medium-high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.

 

Microwave at additional 10 - 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

 

Cut pie into wedges; top with ice cream.

 

Spoon sauce over ice cream and pie.

 

*Note instead of buying 2 separate packages of morsels they have the one

bag that contains both.
