Cranberry Apple Glaze

I made this last year and glazed the Quorn roast with

it. You will love it if you have the chance to try

this recipe.

 

Cranberry Apple Glaze

 

1 can cranberry sauce (jellied style)

1/4 cup apple jelly

1/4 cup maple syrup

 

Place everything in a small saucepan and stir over

medium heat until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.

 

Cool and use as a baste for your Tofurky or Quorn or

any other alternative Thanksgiving roast and bake.
