I large can pumpkin 3 eggs beaten 1 can evaporated milk 1 C. sugar 3/4 cups melted butter 1 yellow cake mix 1 t. salt 2 t.pumpkin pie spice 1 C. chopped walnuts Pre heat oven to 350. Combine pumpkin.milk,beaten eggs,spice,sugar and salt in a large bowl. Pour into 13x9 UNGREASED baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Melt butter and drizzle over cake mix.Spread chopped nuts on top. Bake for 50 minutes. You can serve it warm or cold. It is quite rich on its own. You can serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.
