Guest guest Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 Fruit Salad 2 peaches, peeled and chopped 1 cup honeydew melon cubes or balls 1/2 cup sliced strawberries 20 red grapes, cut into halves Topping 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1/2 cup fat free or light sour cream or plain nonfat or low fat yogurt. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar In a large bowl, gently combine the fruit salad ingredients. For topping, in a small bowl, combine orange juice and 2 tablespoons brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon fruit into glass dessert bowls.
