Instant creamy cold egg nog

 

 

Blend together by stirring. Use your blender if you want more of a frozen

drink.

 

 

 

 

 

1 part vanilla almond milk or Vanilla Silk Milk

 

1 part tapioca pudding

 

1 part ice

 

 

 

Top each glass or cup with a fresh grating of nutmeg.

 

 

 

The tapioca provides the thickness and egginess, the vanilla almond milk

adds nice flavor tones, and ice makes it cold and creamy, and the nutmeg

gives it that eggnogy spice. It is very good with Vanilla Silk Soy milk.

 

 

 

 

Taste-compared with a

store-bought light egg nog and this stuff wins hands down, it's delish.

I really don't like the store bought kind at all, but I do love tapioca

pudding and this give it a great twist on this drink. You can buy it

already made up in the dairy case in a 16 oz. container or in those

pre-packaged 4 pks.
