Guest guest Posted November 10, 2006 Report Share Posted November 10, 2006 Sugar-Free Apple Pie 4 C. sliced apples 1/2 C. apple juice concentrate 1 1/2-2 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour 1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg or apple pie spice 2 crust pastry Toss all the filling ingredients together. Put in a pie shell and top with another crust. Seal edges and cut a few slits in top. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min. then bake at 325 for 35-45 min.
