Square unsweetened chocolate 1 tbsp Butter 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/4 cup dark corrn syrup (golden one) 1 1/3 cups sifted powdered sugar 6 Tbsp instant powdered milk - 1. Place chocolate and butter in a 4 cup microwaveable container (preferably with a handle) - 2. Microwave, uncovered, until chocolate is melted. Stirring once during the cooking time. - 3. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. - 4. Return to microwave and cook on high for 1 min ( approx) . - 5. Remove from microwave and mix in 1 cup powdered sugar. - 6. Add the instant powdered milk and mix completely. - 7. Put mixture on waxed paper that has been sprinkled with the rest of the powdered sugar. - 8. Keep kneading candy until stiff. - 9. Add as much powdered sugar as necessary to form a stiff but pliable dough. - 10. Divide candy into four parts, then roll each part into pencil lie strips. Cut each strip into 10 pieces. - 11.
