Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 Rice and Fruit Salad 1 bag Success® Rice 1/2 cup quartered strawberries 1/2 cup grapes, halved 1/2 cup peeled kiwifruit slices, quartered 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits 3/4 cup banana slices 1/2 cup vanilla or plain nonfat yogurt 3 TB honey Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool. Place rice in large bowl. Add fruit; mix lightly. Blend together yogurt and honey in small bowl. Pour over rice mixture; toss gently. Garnish, if desired. Serves: 4.
