Guest guest Posted November 5, 2006 Report Share Posted November 5, 2006 Roasted Russet and Sweet Potatoes 1 envelope Liptons® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix 2 medium (about 1 lb.) all purpose potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks 2 medium (about 1 lb.) sweet potatoes or yams, peeled, cut into large chunks 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1. Preheat oven to 425° F. In large plastic bag or bowl, combine all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. 2. In 9 " x 13 " baking or roasting pan, arrange potatoes; discard bag. 3. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. Serves: 4.
