Guest guest Posted October 31, 2006 Report Share Posted October 31, 2006 Broccoli Sauté 1 TB extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. crushed garlic 4 cups broccoli florets Salt, to taste Ground black pepper, to taste 1. Heat the olive oil in a 10 " skillet over medium low heat. 2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes tender. Remove from the skillet and serve. Serves: 4.
