Guest guest Posted October 26, 2006 Report Share Posted October 26, 2006 Chocolate Dipped Strawberries 18 large strawberries 6 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels 3 oz. white chocolate morsels 1. Rinse strawberries with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. 2. Place chocolate morsels in a small microwave-proof bowl. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; remove and stir. Dip each strawberry in the melted dark chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set slightly. 3. Meanwhile, place white morsels in small microwave-proof bowl. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; remove and stir. Transfer melted white chocolate into resealable plastic bag and cut a small hole in corner of bag. Gently squeeze bag and drizzle white chocolate over each berry in a zigzag fashion. 4. Gently run a toothpick through the white and dark chocolates in opposite directions to form a marbled design.
