Guest guest Posted October 17, 2006 Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 Caramel Corn INGREDIENTS 5 to 6 quarts of popped popping corn 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 pound butter 1/2 cup white Karo syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda Fill a large roasting pan with popped popping corn. In sauce pan place sugar, butter and corn syrup. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add vanilla, salt and baking soda. Blend and pour over popcorn, mixing well.
