Guest guest Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies 4 cups Flour 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 cup Pumpkin 2 tsp Baking Soda 2 TBL Milk 2 cup Sugar 2 Eggs, beaten 2 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Oil 1 cup Chocolate Chips 1 cup Nuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and set aside. Mix pumpkin, baking soda, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
