Guest guest
This is the recipe for applesauce I made with my preschool class. It turned out sooo yummy. The only problems I had with this recipe is that it didn't cook in 3 hours. We had to bring in a food processor to blend the apples in order for the kids to get to taste it before they went home. I used all Gala apples and it was very sweet. A little less sugar would be fine. Crockpot Applesauce 10 to 12 large cooking apples, peeled, cored, and cut in small chunks 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 to 1 cup granulated sugar Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Mash with a fork.
