Red Bear's Cole Slaw

 

~~~Slaw~~~

1 large head cabbage, finely chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped

 

~~~Sauce~~~

3/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup Texas Pete or Tabasco hot sauce

3 cups apple cider vinegar

3 TB salt

4 TB ground black pepper

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

 

Add the Sauce ingredients into a blender and blend well.

 

Pour the Sauce on the Slaw amd refrigerte for 24 hours in advance.

 

Serve.
