Guest guest Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Gramma's Crispy Baked Potato Wedges 6 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into quarters lengthwise 3 TB butter, melted 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika Preheat oven to 425º F. Cut each peeled potato into quarters. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs, salt and paprika. Roll potato wedges in the melted butter, then dip and coat in the cornflake crumb mixture. Place wedges on a 10 " x 15 " jelly roll pan, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
