Are you a happy vegetarian right now? > Yes. Cooking a lot. I find fewer prepared foods for vegetarians at the grocery (although the cafes always have veg. options). I was missing my Morningstar Farms, but am now just enjoying cooking more. > 4. Do you like pumpkin? > When we moved to NZ, I thought I didn't, but they put pumpkin in a Lot of dishes here. Currently living on the sound end of Whidbey Island ( an island floating around in the Puget Sound north of main land Seattle). 3. I'm a very happy Vegan married to a wonderful vegan hubby. This past summer was extra fun as our garden really out did it's self with wonderful organic veggies! I'm going to miss them this winter.... 4. I love, love , love pumpkin !
